''27th floor!'' etc) i wanted to pick less obvious ones#i'd mentioned in an old post about this trait of Marty's that it's a neat way to keep viewers cued into important things#by having Marty repeat things that might otherwise slip by them#but from an in-universe perspective it's just. part of who Marty is.#he just repeats things#and the vast majority of these (including ones that aren't in this set) aren't even repeated as questions#like. there's no inflection of him saying it in a questioning way#he's really just saying things right back to people (& sometimes just to himself??)#the one at the dance is my fave
